TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RATES: Prices are subject to change based on availability and occupancy levels. Please check availability to get exact rates based on your dates of stay and number of guests.

RESERVATIONS: A 100% payment via credit card is required to guarantee your reservation at Inn Ajijic. All reservations are a 2-night minimum stay.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT: Check-in for guests at Inn Ajijic is from 2:00pm CST. All the rooms and the front entry is accessible via Smart Lock. The codes will be given to you when full payment is received. 

Please let us know if you are arriving prior to that time and we will do our best to prepare your room. If your room is not available before 2:00pm we will be happy to store your luggage for you. Check-out for guests at Inn Ajijic is at 11:00 am CST. If you are leaving town later in the day, we will be happy to store your luggage for you.

SMOKING POLICY: The guest rooms at Inn Ajijic are all non-smoking. If you wish to smoke, we ask that you do so on the common outdoor patio area where ashtrays are available.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We are a small property, and consequently, cancellations have a significant impact on our operations, so we must adhere to our cancellation policy:

If you cancel your reservation 2 days or less before arrival, you forfeit 100% of your payment.

For 28-to-30-day rentals: If you cancel your reservation 30 days or less before arrival, you forfeit 100% of your deposit.

Our check-in time is 2:00pm for calendar reservation purposes. If you cancel your reservation at 2:15pm, there is no refund.

There are no cancellations once you’ve arrived, and no refunds offered for early departure.
